Extrusion:
We extrude standard and custom profiles in 6000 series alloys
This is how we carry out the extrusion process at Valsa:
First, the ingot is preheated inside
Pressure is applied
The profiles undergo a tempering process
In this process, the minium diameter of our Circumscribed Circle Diameter(C.C.D.) is 6 millimeters, and the maximum diameter is 300 millimeters.
